Shipping policy
TLDR
Free express shipping for all orders over $150 (yes, that means all doonas). Same day dispatch if you order before 12pm on a business day. Orders are sent with Australia Post or StarTrack and you will get a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email from hello@bonny.com.au. Missed a delivery? You have 10 business days to collect it. International? Change the currency at the bottom of the page to see if we ship to your country.
Free Express Shipping
Express shipping is free for all orders over $150. That means every doona includes free express shipping! For bed sheets, orders will need to total over $150 to qualify.
Dispatch Times
We dispatch orders every business day, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) on a business day will be sent out the same day.
Delivery Partners and Tracking
We work with two delivery partners: Australia Post and StarTrack. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email from hello@bonny.com.au. You can also check live updates any time via our Tracking Page.
Delivery Timeframes and Delays
While our delivery partners are excellent, delays can happen due to weather, busy periods, or the occasional Australia Post mix-up. If something seems amiss, please reach out to us here and we will help get it sorted.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your parcel, it will be taken to your local Australia Post outlet for collection. You will have 10 business days to collect it. Please bring your ID and your order confirmation when picking it up.
International Orders
Please change the currency tool at the bottom of the page to select your local currency. If your currency is listed, we provide free express shipping to your country. You will need to cover any duties payable on import. If your country is not listed, please reach out... miracles can happen!!
